Director

Mary is a registered psychologist and change management specialist with over 20 years experience working with individuals and businesses to achieve successful change at the personal and organisational level.

Mary has worked with a range of clients to deliver large scale business change programs and transformations, including mergers and acquistions, technology transformations, culture change, organisational operating model design, change leadership development, and career coaching.

Mary is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Mary holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology - major in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts - majors in Psychology & Research Methods. Mary is a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) certified practitioner.
